Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, flooring, decks, cabinetry, siding, windows, and other general-contracted build work, for 5 years from completion.
Repairs, installs, and handyman jobs, for 12 months from completion.
Warranties on the cabinets, fixtures, flooring, windows, and equipment we supply pass to you, and the manufacturer honors them on their terms.
If something we built or installed fails because of how we did the work, we come back and put it right at no charge, for 5 years on remodels and 12 months on other service work, counted from completion.
Normal wear, misuse, damage caused by others or by later work, and pre-existing conditions outside the quoted scope. Product defects are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which we help you claim.
