Most replacements run about $1,825 to $2,950 installed, depending on the door (primed or painted steel, or a factory-finished Bilco) and your foundation size. Travel is a separate line at $2 a mile round trip from Windham, and you get the exact price before any work.
Usually the concrete is fine and only the door needs replacing. If the sill or walls have broken down, we repair that first so the new door seals.
